Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75 AUD. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. We also ship internationally — rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Australian orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. International orders generally take 7–21 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, every product sold at Lumontier is 100% authentic. We source directly from authorised distributors and brand partners. All items come with the original manufacturer's packaging and documentation.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier. If you haven't received this within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can accommodate order cancellations or changes if your order hasn't yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you would need to initiate a return instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also support Afterpay and Zip Pay for eligible customers who prefer to pay in instalments.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions on Lumontier are encrypted and processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.

How do I choose the right IEM for me?

Start by considering your budget and preferred sound signature. If you enjoy punchy bass and exciting treble, look for a V-shaped or W-shaped tuning. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all IEMs sold at Lumontier include the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage periods vary by brand — typically 12 months. If you experience a fault within the warranty period, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

How do I get a proper fit with my IEMs?

A good seal is the most important factor for sound quality and comfort. Start with the medium ear tips that come included. If the bass sounds thin or isolation is poor, try a larger size. Experiment with different materials — foam tips generally provide better isolation and a more consistent seal than silicone.
