  • All products are sold subject to availability.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting or screen display differences.
  • Resale Status: Lumontier is an authorized online retailer and reseller of third-party IEMs and headphones. We are not the manufacturer of the products unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to final acceptance by Lumontier. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Taxes (DDP Model)

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and international fulfillment partners. Lumontier is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: All prices listed on the Lumontier website are inclusive of estimated customs duties and import taxes for all shipping destinations. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
