We strive to ensure your premium audio equipment is delivered securely and efficiently. Please review our policy details below for all shipping inquiries.
1. Processing & Handling Time (Order Dispatch)
All orders require processing time before they are dispatched (shipped). This allows us to verify the order, conduct quality checks, and package the item securely.
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEDT will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin and Carrier Information
Lumontier operates as an online-only retailer, and to ensure you receive the most competitive pricing and the latest stock, all orders are shipped internationally, directly from our brand partners' fulfillment warehouses in Asia.
- Shipping Origin: Asia (Primary Carriers: 4PX, Yanwen, various international courier services).
- Shipping Method: All shipments are fully tracked and details will be provided via email once dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times are estimated from the date the order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

Note on International Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs delays or carrier bottlenecks, especially during peak holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year). These delays are outside of Lumontier’s control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and are displayed at checkout before final payment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
Lumontier aims to provide a hassle-free shopping experience where the price you see is the final price you pay. Our prices operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
- All prices on our website are displayed in AUD or NZD and are inclusive of estimated import duties and taxes.
- Lumontier is responsible for and will cover any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country.
- You will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
